After COVID started affecting the quality of my university, I moved to Austin, TX to start my social media career with Social Synergy. I managed brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, and content monetization strategies to drive revenue and audience engagement. My role involved negotiating influencer partnership deals, optimizing content strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration between brands and the creator.

What is Social Synergy?

Social Synergy is a media agency focused on influencer partnerships, content monetization, and digital brand growth. It was founded by an influencer with a growing social presence, nearing 1,000,000 total followers across Youtube and Twitter. I was brought on to oversee the content team's operations, managing brand deals, developing brand strategy, community engagement, and optimizing content for maximum engagement. My expertise helped this creator start scaling new partnerships in emerging industries.

From day one, I worked closely with a team of 15 independent contractors, ensuring the consistent production and publishing of 1-2 long-form sponsored YouTube videos every day of the week. In addition to content management, I coordinated giveaways and actively engaged with the creator’s audience on Twitter to grow community interaction. Before I joined Social Synergy, the creator was posting 3 videos a week, once I left, I streamlined the team's workflow to be able to post at least once a day easily.

I managed the full lifecycle of influencer content and partnerships, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to publishing. My key responsibilities included: Brand Deal Management, Content Strategy & Optimization, Team Leadership, Platform Growth & Engagement, and Workflow Efficiency
