Project Resources Group, Inc. (PRG) is a telecommunications support company specializing in data management, claims auditing, and project coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects. My role at PRG, out of the Austin, TX office, involved ensuring operational efficiency by maintaining accurate records, analyzing complex claims, and streamlining my workflow to meet company objectives. Through a data-driven approach, I helped ensure compliance and financial accuracy in the telecommunications cost analysis operations.

By leveraging certified project management methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis, I played a key role in managing claims processing and reporting. My keen attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data allowed me to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and maintain accuracy across multiple claims. Working alongside the engineers, field teams, and stakeholders, I ensured claims remained on schedule and had all necessary information.
